Relaxing family getaway

Spent 4 nights and loved the heated pools, perfect for late-night dips. Our room was comfy and spacious. The kids had fun at the thermal pools too. One morning, we grabbed a picnic table outside to enjoy breakfast while soaking in the views. Just wish the carpet in the hallways wasn't so worn out.

The spacious grounds allow for leisurely walks, and the old-style luxury atmosphere adds to its allure. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making the experience enjoyable. Compared to other lodging options in Taupo, the pricing is quite reasonable considering the quality of the resort.

Big, soft bed made it super comfy for the family. and the spa bath? Just amazing! ! Took the boys swimming, and that large pool? Perfect temp, we could swim in the rain!

Wasn't cheap. but for a nice break with the family, it was all right.

Had a fab time here! The heated pools are open late, which was awesome after a long day. The views from our room were unbeatable, and the restaurant offered a solid range of menu options. Just wish the rooms were a bit roomier. But overall, it was a really nice stay!
